Scott Swingler is the realestate agent guru for City Beach....and for good reason. You get the feeling that the guy knows every house in the entire suburb, who lives in it and what it sold for. As the seller, this gave us great confidence. The only way Scott could've improved, would've been via his communication. As the seller, it's a highly emotional and tense time and during the initial campaign, it would've been nice to get more regular updates (even if only for a few minutes). At the end of the day though, it's all about results and Scott achieved an excellent one for us. In our opinion, his reputation as the 'City Beach specialist', remains firmly in tact. Would we use him again? You bet.
