As the seller, this gave us great confidence. The only way Scott could've improved, would've been via his communication. As the seller, it's a highly emotional and tense time and during the initial campaign, it would've been nice to get more regular updates (even if only for a few minutes). At the end of the day though, it's all about results and Scott achieved an excellent one for us. In our opinion, his reputation as the 'City Beach specialist', remains firmly in tact. Would we use him again? You bet.
