I approached the agency with a specific outline of what i was looking for. Scott responded on behalf of the agency within several days with an option that matched my brief perfectly. The site required substantial earthworks and retaining walls, (which was part the brief) however together with the asking price was in my view nonviable. Despite this i did thorough research and where that required sales and market evidence Scott supplied it in a clear and professional manner. Engaged by the seller, Scott demonstrated a high level of professionalism, communication and enthusiasm which resulted in a reasonably prompt sale. Certainly in other sales or purchases i will prefer Scott on my side of the fence. I sort of liked the way he eased extra dollars out of me on behalf of his client.
