Well done Scott, on the sale of our Sand Castle! It was a tough market but you worked you magic which was no mere matter of luck, but sheer hard work, in-depth industry knowledge, finding that perfect balance between seller and buyer and sheer brilliance. 5 stars in your crown!
Thanks Scotty... your service and attention was faultless throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell their home - especially in City Beach.
If your looking for an agent in City Beach that is most prominent, has built up years of experience, knows the City Beach market well and is the number one agent for the area, Scotty’s your agent. His negotiating skills, advice and thorough proficiency of real estate principles will provide you with the best foot forward towards meeting market expectations. Would highly recommend his services. He lives in City Beach, grew up in City Beach and went to school at City Beach Primary - as a local agent, he knows the area well. Plus, he is a top guy!
Having engaged numerous residential and commercial property agents over the last 20 years and confronted with the rare event a a defaulting buyer, Scott's exemplary communication and industry knowledge secured a good outcome for myself. Thank you Scott and your supporting staff for your work, and I highly recommend your services. PD.
We had 6 months to sell our house (as we had bought elsewhere) however Scott sold it for a price that we were very happy with before any home opens. Very very satisfied customer; would highly recommend Scott to others for buying or selling.
Scotty is a breath of fresh air in the sea of marketing hot air and I would highly recommend him.
Scotty was great to deal with from our first meeting at a home open, all the way through the process, very well supported by his PA Stacey. He is a very likeable agent who knows his stuff and was prepared to go the extra mile..he met us later in the day after his home open rounds to get us on the roof to check out the potential views. A very professional agent who was a pleasure to deal with.
We could hardly have been happier with the outcome. The property was sold off market for the asking price within a very short time.
Scott got the sale of 34 Boronia Crescent in a flat market. He was always open and acted with integrity at all times during the sale process.
This was our first experience buying a house in Australia. Scott took his time to explain things to us. He is quick in replying texts and emails. Scott sells the house on behalf of the seller and he certainly worked hard for him. It meant he negotiated hard to get a better price for the seller, which for us soft novices wasn't a positive, but its what a good estate agent does.
We would gladly recommend Scott. He was very attentive and helpful, addressing all of our queries promptly and professionally. He was kind enough to open the property up for extra inspections so we could be sure this was the right home for us, then when it came to finalising the negotiations everything came together smoothly. We felt very comfortable in Scott's hands
Scott was able to deliver the price point my partner and I were chasing in an incredibly difficult market. Would not use any other agent to sell a property of mine ever again. Highly highly recommended
