Scott worked tirelessly out of hours, as well as the weekend, in order to answer questions and solve dramas even so far as to arrange tradies within hours to provide additional formal quotes. Although representing the vendor he was completely transparent on all matters relating to the sale. His comms were beyond reproach, sometimes numerous calls were made within a few hours. Any update or development not only did he email he always followed up with a phone call. He always answered his phone and when not possible always called back a couple of hours, if not minutes later.
