We are situated on the fringe of the shopping strip, allowing easy parking and access for our strong buyer and rental enquiry in Umina Beach and the Peninsula area. The Richardson & Wrench Umina Beach team are all long standing local residents of the Peninsula and believe in the traditional principles of “good old fashioned service” with determination, honesty & integrity. Excellent communicator with deep knowledge of the area and market

I have bought and sold with Scott. I found him to be very professional in his approach and realistic as to the market. My house had issues which he dealt with and explained the situation to the buyers. He was very patient and kept me well informed with the open house inspections.
