We always wanted a beach side property and was looking in the Umina beach area for almost a year. We first met Scott at an open house for a 2-bed villa at 199 West Street and was very impressed with his professional and straight forward demeanour. Although that particular property did not appeal to us as much, he offered to contact us as soon as something new came up. Which he did in a 3 weeks time and said there was another villa in the same complex is just coming up for sale and he would be happy to show it to us before the first open home. Not many agents would do that. Unfortunately we could not avail of that offer but we did go for the first open home and immediately liked what we saw, made our offer within 24 hours and agreed on a price within 2 days. The negotiations went very smooth and very professional. We are very extremely happy and excited with our purchase and look forward to a beach side lifestyle.
