Thank you for your assistance in the purchase of 40 Flood Street. Overall, a good experience. In my opinion, the benchmark has been set by boutique agencies such as Callagher's in the area, thus the shortfall in ratings. Account management at Callagher's is a lot more personalised, making the client feel like they're part of the "Callagher family". This was accomplished by a visit to our home by Callagher's after our first purchase in Leichhardt, followed by communication through one point of contact rather than multiple assistants. The discussions we had revolved around an introduction to the neighbourhood and strategies for investing in the area. As such, we have placed two rental properties with Callagher's. In a nutshell, previous purchases did not feel like a sale of a house, rather, they were enticing experiences and welcoming motivators to be part of a great neighbourhood and home.

We found Shad to be an all-round excellent real-estate agent. Not only is he a superb communicator and negotiator, but he is also very approachable and honest.
