When we bought our house in the Inner West in 2010 Shad was the real estate agent for the vendor. At that point my wife and I agreed that when we were in the market to sell Shad was the man. Shad and his team have just sold a second property for us within the last 12 months. We no longer reside in Australia and it was with huge regret the time had come to put our former home plus our rental property on the market.
