After a fair few property transactions I'm well acquainted with the average agent who books 20k to point out the bathroom to me. Thankfully, my experience with Shae has been remarkably different. Shae has been one of, if not the best agent I have had dealings with. As a buyer in this transaction, to say I was blown away by her honesty and integrity would be an understatement. This purchase occurred right after massive storms in Tasmania with trees down, roads flooded and hazards all around. Despite all of this, Shae went out of her way to go to the property, make sure it hadn't been damaged and sent me photos to make sure my concerns were addressed. I won't bother getting other agents through if I ever sell. Shae will be my go to.
