We engaged Shane to sell our property after he appraised the value at over 700k and advised us to go to auction. It was apparent very early that this value was never achievable and his so called expert market knowledge should have known this. We spent the next 3 months chasing the market down and finally sold for 600k a loss on initial purchase of 138k in 2 years. The fair thing he should have done was offer us a reduction in his rather high fees for such a poor performance. Don’t fall for all the bulls#it, do your own research on values and don’t be pushed into extra marketing costs.

We bought a property sold by Shane. Everything was completed as requested and in a timely fashion. All interactions were clear and with complete integrity.

I've bought over 6 properties in my time, but this was disappointing. Had minimal interaction with Shane. Met briefly, 30 seconds at best, at one inspection the day before the auction. He was not engaging and dismissive of my questions. Maybe I just didn't look like a serious buyer. At auction only spoke to me after I registered. Post sale nothing. Dealt with his team member Michaela who was great. Small things matter e.g left upstairs window was left open post auction and it rained. At settlement entered the house and pamphlets and water bottles from the auction were still there, back patio door was left unlocked and upstairs air con remote missing. No key to the letterbox or shed padlock. Rang and asked where they were was told someone will get back, but haven't heard back 2 weeks later. Feels like once it was sold he disappeared completely. Disappointing.

Shane is a clear leader in the Camp Hill suburb, he knows the location extremely well, builds and maintains excellent relationships and is extremely responsive. We appreciate all of his and the teams efforts.
