Shane offered support and assistance beyond what I would have expected.

Very honest from the start, great knowledge of the area, I would definitely recommend to anybody thinking of selling their property.

The first time we met Shane he was mowing the rental next door as a favour for the landlord. Now, I know that real estate agents do some weird jobs for their clients from time-to-time but straight away Shane struck me as a bit of a legend. Maybe it was because he was mowing the lawn in his suit pants, polished shoes and crisp white office shirt, completely unfazed by the 40 degree weather event. We got chatting and it was clear that Shane was the first real estate agent we liked, so with this advantage working in his favour, we employed Shane to sell our house. It turned out to be one of my better life decisions as not only was Shane composed while performing yard work in extreme heat, he was also cool under pressure of negotiating for the best price for our house, a price that in the end, we were extremely happy with. In keeping with the first impression we had of Shane of performing duties outside of his job description with enthusiasm, Shane also offered to fix and replace things around the house prior to the sale. He never mowed our lawn but still, what a guy! Can highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Shane to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house! We went through Shane for both the sale of our previous house and the purchase of our new property and both processes were hassell free. Shane genuinely wants the best outcome for his clients and goes above and beyond to achieve positive results.

I can't recommend Shane highly enough. He helped me and my dad's wife during a difficult time after my dad's passing. He was very honest about how much the property could realistically obtain and provided excellent advice on the preparation of the property to maximise it's value and even helped prepare the property for sale. He kept us completely informed as things proceeded and updated us after each open house. We were very happy with the price it sold for, but even happier with Shane's guidance and communication throughout the process.
