easy to deal with. was a tough market but got the job done.

As the agent Shane is working to get the best deal for the people selling the house. We respect that. he did that professionally. No issues at all. Few little things come to light as they always do in time but we never ended up with a key to the meter box and now find out there is a booster missing that is needed for the TV. Its not hard wired or built in so likely classified as portable. But we would think its part of the house. We cant get reception without it. So they are both disappointing but not show stoppers. Shane was good, fair and professional. We will need to drill the meter box lock out and get a new lock. Again, not a show stopper. Thanks.

We have sold properties before and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We were dreading selling our home because of this but we found Shane by sheer accident after wanting to view another property. What a fantastic accident it was!!!
