Absolutely fabulous. Team Penny (Shane and Mike) were wonderful. They really seem to work as a team when discussing strategy with us and executing the preparation (painting/staging), negotiation and sale of our home. We really valued their expertise, and knowledge of the area. Mike was able to negotiate a competitive sale above asking just 2 days after the first open house. I'm certain their advice on prep, knowledge of the area and negotiating expertise was what secured that price.
