Shane was thoroughly professional and knowledgable of the market in the area. He was upfront with costs and walked us through the selling experience. He went beyond my expectations and provided us with true service with a smile, the whole family was involved. Unfortunately the market was dropping so we got less than we would have liked :-(. Still, I couldn't recommend him any more highly. 11 out of 10.
