After a substantial amount of research into real estate agents and appraisals from several to sell my property, I decided to utilise the services of Shane Schofield from the Agency. I am somewhat sceptical and dubious of sales people, being a fairly good judge of character, my gut instinct usually is spot on and quickly tells me when someone in not genuine and spinning a yarn, usually only to make a quick buck from an easy sale, however I was pleasantly surprised with Shane. Shane did a lot of leg work for us in selling our 3x1 house in Stratton. His advertising reach on social media was fantastic and the photos, brochures and video presentation he did of the house was brilliant.
