He has friendly and personable demeanour and attitude without being patronising or overbearing. He listened and understood my requirements, providing reliable, honest and expert opinion with regard to the current state of play of the housing sales market. Shane is a straight shooter, doesn't "bulls@&t", is flexible and is prepared to negotiate and go the extra mile for his clients. He constantly kept me in the loop with real time updates on the progression of the sale throughout the whole process. I have no hesitation in recommending Shane as a very capable and competent agent who is reliable and dependable making every effort to get the best possible outcome and result for his client.

Shane did a lot of leg work for us in selling our 3x1 house in Stratton. His advertising reach on social media was fantastic and the photos, brochures and video presentation he did of the house was brilliant. He worked tirelessly and stayed in contact every step of the way and explained the whole advertising and sale process so well.
