Disappointing experience. Our apartment was incorrectly listed as a house for almost two months, potentially missing many buyers. Communication was minimal from Shane, open home feedback had to be chased up, and there was little accountability when issues were raised. Overall, the service fell well below expectations.
Shane is a professional agent with high negotiation skill that can spot the potential buyer and work with to proceed to a successful outcome and having the sales contract signed
Open homes didn't go to plan 6 open homes and only 2 offers under what realestate said the house would get But we sold it under price
Shane was honest and helpful with the our combined sale and purchase. Open communication and made the process a lot easier for us. Would recommend Shane and his team!
