My sister and I are Executive Power Of Attorneys [EPOA’s] for our mum who had recently moved to a nursing home. This required helping mum sell her house. Shanna was proactive in contacting us [Shanna was the only agent to do so]. We explained our situation that required mum’s house to be sold and the fact that both EPOA’s resided at a distance from mum’s house. We found Shanna very personable and she was sensitive to our needs and was in regular contact with us. Whilst the first couple of offers didn’t eventuate in a sale, thanks to Shanna and her contacts and client base, there was always an offer on the table. As can happen, and it did, some last minute issues needed to be attended to, and Shanna did immediately, ensuring settlement was effected on time. If we were asked to rate Shanna, it would be 10 out of 10.

Jan and Shanna showed great patience and professionalism with the time it took us to decide on a date to sell. They at all times were friendly, helpful, professional and willing to answer all of our questions. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. I highly recommend them.
