We’re an older couple downsizing after being in our house for 35 years Shanna guided us through the legal requirements as well as the market needs we felt we were very important to her not just a sale. Shanna is very in tune with the market and what’s needed for sale. Shanna was a 24 /7 available sales person. No question was too trivial when we didn’t understand certain issues even helped us with computer issues sending PDFs processes we weren’t familiar with she was there for us. Would definitely go with Shanna and Sothebys if we ever sell again not planning too !
