Having come from the UK, the experience with Place and Shannon and team was several notches up in customer service, and satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble. Even after negotiations were done and the sale was all but complete small elements of extra special touches were looked into. When I mentioned there was a mark on the carpet in the downstairs room it was sorted.
