Even after negotiations were done and the sale was all but complete small elements of extra special touches were looked into. When I mentioned there was a mark on the carpet in the downstairs room it was sorted. Dealing with the body corp in respect to damage to the skylight, it was sorted and repaired. very good, keep up the good work Shannon and team.
