The apartment was tenanted at the time, and the tenant was extremely difficult to deal with, refusing access, insisting on mats being put down on the carpet - so many requirements that most agents would have simply said it was too hard, and given up. Shannon and her team didn't give up. They managed to abide by the tenants needs, and achieved a sale price that is the highest price recorded in the area.
