I recently purchased a property at Caves Beach through Shanti at SOLD Real Estate, and it was honestly the best experience I have had in dealing with any agent in the last 15 years. I have purchased a number of properties in the past and my view of real estate agents was very critical. Most agents simply open the door of the property on a Saturday and expect a commission cheque in the mail. No personalised service, no experience, no insight to the local area or opportunities to improve the residence.
