Shanti and Ben made my experience as a first time vendor very easy from start to finish. My property wasn’t the most attractive but Ben and Shanti weren’t deterred and delivered the result I was after in a timely manner. The buyer wasn’t the most cooperative, however they stuck to their guns and got it over the line for me despite the issues and delays on the buyers end.
It was always going to be Shanti to sell our home. She is the most experienced in Caves Beach, has 33 years experience and the hardest working agent I know working late in the night and from the frack of dawn to deliver, she never rests till she gets the job done. She has the personal touch is very careing and always remembers the minutest detail. Shanti exceeded our expectations and delivered, the whole time being very patient with me and I am not the easiest person to get along with.
