Shanti got a price for our property which we thought was unobtainable for our difficult to sell property. I'm sure this was due to her canny reading of the market and buyers, and her negotiation skills. She does have a tendency to ring you late at night, which we realise was due to the amount of work she had, however, it is not the ideal time to contact you. This is why we've scored her 4/5 for communication. We were impressed with her climbing on the roof to get the photos, and the time spent with us and a builder inspecting the property to sort out an adverse building report. We would recommend her highly to any one needing an agent in the Swansea area.
