This property was a challenge as I’m a out of state landlord, with a rental property. Shanti and her team first of all convinced me that they could achieve a price, then she needed to work with the tenants and get the property up for sale. Given the poor state the managing agency had allowed to evolve this was a long and involved process that took large amounts of time. The price achieved was amazing. Almost exactly as she predicted and substantially more than other agents predicted. Hardworking, honest and committed to the vendor. I’ve used lots of good agents, Shanti is the best.
