Straight from meeting Sharon i knew we had the agent for us. We were selling my late mum's relocatable home in an over 50s village, there weren't many agents familiar with them but Sharon made it her business to find out everything she could. sharon got the house sold, but we were enticed to use Harcourts with the promise of 2 agents for the price of 1... in the end we only got one after signing up. felt that was a bit sly.
