Shaun Coffey is such a lovely guy and a great agent. It puts ones faith back into realestate agents. He is just such an honest country guy who was a delight to have as our agent. He would often open without me having to be there and I would know he presented it just how I liked it. Nothing was too much trouble, and on many occasions Shaun went to the property to save me travelling from Sydney to meet someone for a quote, or opening the house for a tradesperson. He was also able to give me a list a great workers to prepare the property for sale. All in all I think we could be viewed as tricky clients, as we first met Shaun and Scott a couple of years earlier, thinking we were ready to sell, then we got cold feet, never did they complain about our tardiness, (taking us 2 years to get our heads around selling,) nor about the many hours of work and photography (never charged) I can highly recommend Shaun Coffey to other vendors.
