Shaun was organised from the start, and had worked with the seller to ensure that the property was in good order before listing it on the market. Instead of going through the whole process of a Reiwa Offer and Acceptance form to begin with, he used a shortened form to help the seller choose which buyer to deal with, which also helped us out as buyers. Shaun was very helpful during the Final Inspection as well, having great knowledge on all of the electrical and plumbing systems in the house and helping us to test them out too, while also having his own checklist. Shaun was responsive via email, text, and mobile throughout the settlement process, and made the purchase and settlement as straightforward as possible, while balancing the requirements of the seller and of us as the buyers. We have since moved into the property, and everything is going well so far.
