He kept in constant contact to advise how things were going from home open feedback to internet activity. I also dealt with Kathy from the same office while Shaun took some leave. We contacted him a year prior about selling our property, but he told us the timing wasn’t right for what we needed to achieve, and to hold off for a bit if it was possible. Fast forward a year and Shaun contacted us to say the timing was right. Shaun is very efficient and knowledgeable in his job, and made the process very easy. The house was under offer within a few days, and everything from listing to settlement was very smooth, even with a few COVID hiccups.
