We bought a house through Shawn. We were living in our finally finished renovated house, so weren't really looking to move, and when we saw the one Shawn had for sale, we had to do some quick decision making. Shawn was very helpful with his time and advice, despite the fact we had previously engaged another agent to sell. He still provided advice on what we could do to sell our house quickly, and it helped as we sold it in 3 days. Shawn worked late in to the night on the day we made the offer to get all the paperwork done so we could sign the contract before the next open home on the weekend. He came to us which was very helpful with 2 young kids. We are very happy with the new house, slowly updating and renovating again!
