I had my property up for sale with another agent for 4 months with no success. The other agent didn't have open homes and I was told the price was too high. Shawn had contacted me whilst my house was with another agent. I contacted him to arrange a meeting. He was very nice and friendly and gave me confidence that my house would be sold. The first open home Shawn held we got our first contract which was above the asking price and much above what the last agent got. Unfortunately the contract fell through due to finance. Shawn didn't waste time and had another contract within a week which again was much above the asking price. Shawn was always happy to help and easy to communicate with. I would recommend Shawn if you are looking at selling your house quickly for a great price.

Kym and Shaun were very approachable and eager to help throughout the whole settlement process. There wasn't a query that they wouldn't help with and they were very prompt and timely with all communication! They were a great team to work with and I would highly recommend them!

However i never felt they were over the top...like some real estate people are. We had opted to style the rental before we even had approached Shawn and Kym, as we had tried to sell before Christmas to no avail with another agent. By styling we felt this gave us the best opportunity for a good sale, which we achieved in the current market. After every open home, I was contacted by Shawn with an update within an hour of closure....I was very pleased with this, as a previous agent took 4 days to come back to me.
