We had been looking in the market for close to a year when we finally came across a house that worked for us and being listed by an agent that when I attended other open homes I never felt judged, criticised or looked down upon. There are agents in the industry I won't even go to home inspections with because I don't appreciate the way they treat people. Even though Kym and Shawn were working for the seller, I felt as though they actually worked for the seller with integrity, helping the seller find someone like us who really loved the home for the same reason they did, and not necessarily to sell the home and squeeze every last dollar out of the sale.
