As soon as we signed up Shelley and Plan A, we had a renovation that needed to be done, and we were out of town. Shelley turned up almost every day to let the trades in and was very flexible. Once the renovation was complete, they found a tenant and handle them with care and honesty. We then had to sell our apartment, and Shelley was again great - as a business they had a unique selling plan, found a buyer and guided us with their knowledge and experience to the sale. Always happy to chat, super fast response either by phone or email.

Shelley was excellent, kept us up to-date as different vendors made offers. Kept us in the loop thru the whole process. Went over and above to clean and paint the house once the tenants moved out. Most importantly got the vendors to an offer we couldn't refuse. Will recommend to all my friends who are selling their place. She was almost as excited about selling the place as we were.
