Shira is a very professional, hard working agent who achieved a great result for us. Her level and frequency of communication was great, as well as her follow up and responsiveness to my texts or emails, so we were kept very well informed during the whole process. She was prepared to put in a lot of personal effort to ensure the unit was presented at its optimum at each open inspection, which involved a lot of communication and liaison with the onsite managers due to the unit being a holiday rental. She had very good knowledge of the local Palm Cove unit market.

We can’t rate the service we received high enough! Shira made the stressful process of buying a home easy and smooth. We managed to buy our dream home prior to it going to market, thanks to the knowledge and experience Shira had to offer. Shira kept us informed along the way and really did make this process an easy one! Thank you so much for helping our family into our dream home.

Shira was very professional and very helpful with our purchase of our property, she did not pressure us at all, and gave us an honest opinion in our dealings with her. We highly recommend Shira for a job well done. John Fisher and George Cruikshank.

We have appreciated Shira's dedication to the sale of our home from the very first appraisal, through the suggestions of marketing strategies and ultimately to the sale of the property, all in less than a month! The cooperation of her colleagues during her short annual break away was also most impressive and this all resulted in a stress-free and pleasant procedure. Shira's attention to detail, pro-active suggestions and constant communication were very impressive. We thoroughly recommend Shira David Stern and her colleagues from Elite Real Estate Services.

Having recently dealt with Shira we could not speak more highly of her. She is a passionate, informed and professional agent who made the purchase of our first investment property stress free. Being quite unfamiliar to the buying process and Queensland property procedures Shira was instrumental in guiding us through to settlement. We have been looking at buying in Palm Cove for 20+ years, and are absolutely stocked with the purchase of our dream property, which we probably wouldn't have gone through with had Shira not been the agent.

Shira's area knowledge and professionalism was exceptional. Her standards are higher than average and as a result she achieved a sale on my property in less than 1 month.

"I would definitely recommend Shira! This was not my first selling of a home but was the first time I really felt the agent knew her business. She came to initial meeting with very helpful information and explained her process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate. Friendly, reliable, genuine and professional are all part of Shira's service. Thanks for helping me sell our house!"

Shira worked incredibly hard to achieve a great result, she communicated well without being annoying. Amanda & I will certainly engage Shira for our next sale.
