If I were to sell a home I would seek out Shira David Stern to sell my house. We'd been looking to purchase a house in Palm Cove for just under 2 years. We had looked at many homes during that time, knew the market, and more importantly, had dealt with a lot of agents. Shira was the standout. The home we ended up purchasing was one we felt, initially, was perhaps too small for us (it was unfurnished). Over the next couple of weeks (and having told Shira we felt it was too small for us), Shira kept us up to date on developments concerning the home and peaked our interest in it again, so we went back weeks later for another look.
