Shira has been our agent for both selling and buying properties. She is extremely hard working, professional and efficient. Shira has a lovely manner and is an excellent communicator, far superior to any other agent we have dealt with. Her knowledge and ideas for marketing our property were fantastic and lead to a great outcome each time.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Shira for the sale of our property in Palm Cove and couldn’t be happier. Shira was recommended to us and lived up to our high expectations, going far beyond the call of duty throughout the process. Her communication and advice was excellent and kept us informed and relaxed throughout the sale. Her local knowledge and professionalism was the key to achieving an impressive result. Shira is a passionate and hardworking agent that we simply cannot fault. Thank you Shira. Best Grant and Ross
We found Shira to be very easy to communicate with and thoroughly professional in her dealings. This would not have been easy for her considering we were in Melbourne and she was in Cairns. We were kept up the date with every aspect of the process and worked together through all aspects of the buying process. Even after the settlement she is still be offering her services to us. We had become so familiar with Shira that when we physically met for the first time it was like meeting an old friend, which she has now become. I would recommend Shira to anyone selling or buying a property
If I were to sell a home I would seek out Shira David Stern to sell my house. We'd been looking to purchase a house in Palm Cove for just under 2 years. We had looked at many homes during that time, knew the market, and more importantly, had dealt with a lot of agents. Shira was the standout. The home we ended up purchasing was one we felt, initially, was perhaps too small for us (it was unfurnished). Over the next couple of weeks (and having told Shira we felt it was too small for us), Shira kept us up to date on developments concerning the home and peaked our interest in it again, so we went back weeks later for another look. Following that second viewing we made an offer and ended up purchasing the home. We are delighted and it is the perfect size for us and already feels like home! Shira was very friendly and professional, explaining all aspects of the process to us. She was very helpful in negotiations and she was far easier and more pleasant to deal with compared to other agents we have encountered. I can honestly say it was a real pleasure! I have no hesitation in recommending Shira - she works hard for her sellers and was a pleasure to deal with as a buyer. Thank you Shira.
Shira guided us through the process of preparing our home to sell with expertise, clear directions and patience. As this was our first home sale, we depended on Shira's guidance and honesty to reach a successful outcome. We were able to achieve this without the frustration and stress we had anticipated. This would not have been the case without Shira's perseverance, professional knowledge and wonderful communication skills. We will have no hesitation in recommending Shira to any person who is looking for an agent to help them sell a property.
Shira has been extremely professional and patient in a the longer process that it has taken us to sell our property. With 2 contracts that didn't go ahead Shira persevered in getting a fantastic result for us. She was willing to work hard and open up our property double inspections every weekend until it was sold. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and would use Shira's services again and recommend her to anyone looking to selll or purchase.
Shira was our agent as first home buyers trying to purchase our family home. She guided us through the process with understanding and efficiency, answering all of our many calls right away. The service was impeccable and the fact Shira is such a nice person to talk to made the whole experience that much better. I would recommend Shira David Stern for any buyer or seller who wishes to have a great realtor to make everything easier and get a sucessful outcome. Thanks again for all your help!
