I am blown away by the incredible service we have received by Shiraz. I have met many real estate agents but none like him, he will look after your sale like it is his own. Shiraz is passionate, caring and extremely knowledgeable. He kept us in the loop with every aspect of the sale and answered all of our questions with no judgement, no matter how silly they were. The transaction was smooth and it’s been an absolute pleasure. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us Shiraz, we look forward to speaking with you when we look at selling our investment property!

From the moment I met Shiraz he made us smile and he made us comfortable. Shiraz is the kind of agent who cares about your home just as much as you do, which is really rare. He went the extra mile to ensure that our home was clean and presentable before each open home and inspection. He was always early and well prepared. Thank you for everything Shiraz! Your positivity and kindness helped sell our home.

Shiraz is an agent with many years of experience and a desire to reach an outcome beneficial to both parties. Shiraz was very supportive and informative throughout the whole journey, willing to take the time and allow visits and supply information whenever required. Shiraz did a great job of maintaining the property right through to settlement, including repairing a leaking toilet out of his own commission! I felt respected and well looked after the entire journey. Thanks Shiraz!

While I was overseas, Shiraz worked closely with my partner and oversaw the tradespeople to ensure all repair work was completed on time. He handled everything as if it were his own home and delivered a great result. We are truly thankful for his professionalism and commitment
