Sian went above and beyond in every aspect of the sales process. She offered excellent advice and if there was ever anything she was unsure about, she would find the solution within the same day. We had decided we wanted to proceed with an Auction sale which we had never done before, and Sian even invited us to an Auction so we could see how things work and feel more confident about this. But we never even made it to the Auction because Sian found exactly the right buyer and negotiated a fair price that we were very happy with. Sian's communication skills were outstanding! I received calls regularly, updating me on any progression (even if it was minor) and always felt like I knew where we were at throughout the process. Whenever I needed her for anything, she was always available to take my call. I also received a call after every open house. Sian was a fantastic agent and I believe she was the reason we got the excellent outcome that we did. We are extremely happy with the whole process and cant thank her enough.
