I want people reading my review of Simon Deering to believe every word because I lived through a life changing experience due to my family situation, that hinged on the sale of my home, in a low market. Simon genuinely stood out amongst the 3 agents I interviewed. He knew the state of the market at the time had declined, however he showed us how regardless of that, we could achieve a great result & told us how. There were no lies, no pie in the sky rubbish, it was "You present your home at its best & I will do the rest" His appraisal was spot on, based on his "personal knowledge" living in the area & not just a computer generated analysis. I'm big on communication so the first time I invited Simon over I took particular notice of the way he interacted with my husband & myself. Both of us based our decision on that initial face to face contact. During the reasonably short time it was for sale I was in contact with him regularly & he kept us informed every step of the way qualifying each potential buyer before bringing them through to view our home. Home opens were great too as Simon Always commented in a positive way saying "Its a beautiful day to sell a beautiful home" & even on rainy days he came with a fabulous smile & 100% positive attitude, which was contagious! We used team Simon Deering to sell our investment property. We saw a few real estate agents prior to committing to one and Simon was by far the most prepared with the market research for that suburb and was so easily contactable. I listed and sold my investment property in Sorrento WA with team Deering of Purple Bricks. I couldn’t be happier. The property was photographed, advertised, opened on a weekend, attended by Ralph Seymore and Simon Deering. I received multiple offers by the following weekend. I asked Simon to do all the negotiating for me and he managed to get offers I was very happy with. I accepted a cash offer with a 30 day settlement. Saori was fantastic communicating with the buyers, settlement agents (Lawlab) and myself throughout. The settlement was finalised 29 days after the contract was signed.
