We just sold our house with purple bricks wa, simon deering was awesome, he did everything we asked, it was a long drawn out sale because of the buyers which made it extremely stressful, simon was very supportive and went the extra Mile to get the job done. Lawlab is the settlement agent tied in with purple bricks they are over east you dont have to go with lawlab but there is a fee if u dont, i didnt like the rundle platform lawlab users and dont like the fact they are over in the eastern states and you cant go and see them. But i did like how they are also lawyers and that helped us out.

My wife and I sold our property in our first week with Purplebricks and the experience was everything we hoped it would be. Good experience selling our investment property. Simon was great to work with and Ralph managed the home opens. Both were positive and easy to contact. I recommend paying the extra to have home opens and negotiations managed. The Purple Bricks system is fairly intuitive and Lawlab were very good throughout the process as well. I would recommend working closely with your agent, and being well aware of your market. Overall a good outcome with more in our pocket post settlement as compared to traditional real estate sales. If you are motivated to do your research, and are internet competent then Purple Bricks is a great option for your next sale or purchase.
