I have been dealing with Simon Deering and Ralph Seymour over the past couple of months in what is a very tough market at the moment. We are due to settle in a couple of weeks time. Throughout the process both Simon and Ralph have always taken my calls and responded in a timely manner. I was impressed with the quality of the photography and sign board that was included and in no way did they recommend or push me in to lowering my price, if anything they stood firm.

Simon was professional throughout our long running sale. He was always available and gave sound advice which provided a sale at a good price.

The selling experience with Purplebricks was an amazing partnership that not only netted us a much higher purchase price than other estate agents in the area said they would be able to secure but we saved a whopping amount on commission ($30 000).
