We had been looking for a property for several months, put in several offers and missed houses on a few occaisons this was due to poor communication and follow up from lazy agents. Some others I also found to be rude and unprofessional. Simon however was prompt, direct, easy to communicate and negotiate with and highly personable and kept in touch through the whole purchase process, which I imagine made it easy for the vendor also.
