From signing the contract until settlement Simon was right there advising us and keeping us appraised of developments. My property was well out of Simon’s normal area but I chose him because I was confident in giving him, and his team, full access to my home because I knew that he would be trustworthy and respect my wishes. It was well founded and he excelled. He gave us enormous assistance, support and advice on Auction day and we achieved a price that was spot on. I can’t recommend him, and his team, highly enough. Very professional and honest.
