Simon assisted us to sell our mother's home following her transition into aged care. Prior to the first appointment, Simon had already done his homework about the market in the area and what we should be targetting. Following first inspection, he was able to advise us clearly what needed to be done on the house to prepare it for sale. The property was initially listed for auction, but Simon had managed to generate significant interest in the first few days of listing, and we were able to sell the property prior to auction for a very good price. Throughout this whole process, Simon kept us well informed, and we were made well aware of all of the administrative steps involved as well as how the advertising for the property would be managed.
