When the thought of putting our property on the market first came about, we engaged several real estate companies to provide us with guidance on what our property was worth and what and when we should enter the market. Far and away, Simon had the greatest knowledge of the market (especially in both our current and surrounding suburbs) and explained this to us in terms we could relate to. Every bit of advice he gave us from day one paid off in dividends and we were able to get more than we had hoped for on auction day. Everything went so well that we were actually not as nervous on auction day as we thought we would be because we had full faith in both Simon and Gilda. Selling your family home can be a daunting prospect full of so many unknowns, so we were just thankful that Simon was there to make it that much easier to digest what was going on and what to expect.
