Patient and Professional service

Simon Whitehead has provided me with appraisals and advice for my investment property over the years, each time he has been very helpful and friendly. When it came to selling my property, he has been great! He is not overbearing or pushy, and that is a good thing during a busy time. Although I did not have much contact with Drew, he was able to keep me informed of open house status etc. If I sell another property, I would be using these guys. Thanks for the sale fellas!

Excellent Results

On meeting with Simon Whitehead a couple of years ago when he came to do an Appraisal on our Property at no time was he pushy for a sale. We kept in contact with Simon over this time and when we were ready to put our house on the market this year Simon’s knowledge and Professionalism was undeniable. I was very impressed with the way Simon treated us as buyers of a property that he was selling. He arranged and paid for clearing the rubbish from the garage even though the sellers did not agree to it. He did this to ensure we had a smooth purchase.
