I wanted to sell my investment property remotely from the UK and I met Simone through Belle Property who managed the rental of the property. My original approach was to sell to the tenants, but Simone had some other potential buyers in the background and when selling to the tenant fell through, we had other potential buyers in the background. Simone worked very hard, even when on holiday in Europe and accommodated communications for me in the UK via electronic communications.
