My husband and I attended the first open home and due to the property having two entrances (via the front door off the sidewalk and at the back entrance driveway off the street) it was a bit chaotic with people coming through two entrances. For control and Covid safety it would have been better to have a single entrance. Simone was always easy to talk to and deal with, however at times I felt she was rushed and a bit distracted at the open homes. The purchase of the property was straightforward and without stress.

Was a good experience with Simone. She was diligent, efficient and able to answer any questions we had. The one minor disturbance was receiving a screenshot 2 days after we agreed with the vendor the price and had signed the contract (on our behalf) of another offer, this was a surprise and not the way to communicate it. I don’t believe this should have been communicated to us in the first place as we had already agreed the price and signed the contract from our end just pending final swapping of contracts (which due to the virtual world was happening the following morning).
