The one minor disturbance was receiving a screenshot 2 days after we agreed with the vendor the price and had signed the contract (on our behalf) of another offer, this was a surprise and not the way to communicate it. I don’t believe this should have been communicated to us in the first place as we had already agreed the price and signed the contract from our end just pending final swapping of contracts (which due to the virtual world was happening the following morning).
