Sohail has shown an excellent ability in handling the sale of our Apartment at the Fullerton 71/11 Fawkner St, Braddon. Sohail exudes great confidence in his job and portrays a great deal of knowledge on a very complex field in Real Estate. Sohail has always been available to answer any query we have in an effort to understand what is involved in selling our property. We truly found ourselves totally mystified at times and were floundering at the 'foreign Real Estate language'. We never realised what hidden avenues there were and was so grateful that we could turn to Sohail, who immediately put us on the right 'track' and made everything clear and understandable. Sohail has a very pleasant presence and as we have previously mentioned Sohail immediately puts you at ease and gives you confidence that he is totally positive of his job and knowledge of Real Estate. Really, we were just selling our Apartment and had no knowledge of the complexities involved. We extend our grateful thanks to Sohail and we would be most happy to recommend him to anyone wishing to sell or buy into a home/apartment / or Real Estate.

Working with Sohail Awan during the purchase of my home was an incredibly positive experience. Sohail is fervent in his approach to gain my views and status updates which made it clear of my priorities and concerns were. It also becomes clear that Sohail is patient and knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions I had along the way, making the stressful process of buying a home feel manageable and also interesting. While this is my first experience with an agent, I do believe Sohail keeps the process transparent and smooth. He is a great agent recommended as he is considerate and thoughtful at the right times.

Sohail was very helpful and reliable during my first home purchase. Every time I needed to contact sohail he always answered or called right back to answer my questions.

Sohail has been amazing and an absolute pleasure to purchase our new property through. He was so helpful and made the whole process simple and stress free. I can recommend Sohail and my experience with him was a very positive one he was always honest, trustworthy and a professional agent. 10/10
