Sonia often said ‘I don’t give up’ and that is true she kept on trying. Our property was difficult to sell being at the top of the market and took 14 months to complete. She really did try hard. It was such a pity that Sonia gave us a high estimate of the value of our property and continually encouraged us to drop the price until we sold it for a figure we were not really happy with.
